• Conform to the list of purchase prices to be reviewed annually.
• Promote DENIX products in your market
• Not manufacture or distribute copies of DENIX products
• Sell DENIX products within the borders of each own market
• Inform DENIX about the trends and competitive position in its market
• Promptly report of any act of unfair competition or violation of the property rights of DENIX brand

B. Finantial and logistics conditions

• Minimum order conditions:
  • € 3.000 in Spain and 6.000 € rest of the world
  • For orders underthese amounts will be charged 150 € in Spain and 300 € in the rest of the world
  •  
• Placing orders as regularly as possible
• Delivery terms: 60 days from the order date
• Advanced payment by bank transfer or by letter of credit, granted by a Spanish bank.
